Facial Balancing
For this lovely first-time filler client, we started with a detailed consultation and facial analysis using the Rickett’s E-line. This helps us look at the balance and proportions from the side profile. From this, we identified areas where we could make small changes to improve facial harmony. First, we added filler to the chin to make it more defined and elongate the lower face, giving her a more balanced look. To ensure a smooth contour, we also blended filler from the chin into the jawline for a smooth and sculpted appearance.
Next, we added a small amount of filler to the lips for a fuller look that still matched the rest of her features. To enhance the lips further, we did a lip flip using Botox to gently relax the upper lip, making it roll outward. This technique creates the look of fuller lips without adding extra volume—just a subtle, natural boost to finish the balanced look.
After a thorough assessment, this client followed our expert recommendations and opted for 3 syringes for chin enhancement and lip augmentation.

The philtrum column runs from the base of your nose to the tip of the Cupid’s bow. When this is flat, the distance between the lip and nose can appear longer. Adding structural support with filler can correct this and accentuate the upper lip’s natural “v”.
